Delete your account
In the Epoc app, open Profile, then choose Delete account. If you have not finished onboarding, the first onboarding screens also include a Delete account option.
Account deletion removes your Epoc profile, food logs, workout logs, body check-ins, and associated account record from our active systems. This action cannot be undone.
Access, correction, or export
You can update profile details inside the app. For access, correction, export, or help deleting an account you can no longer access, email support@getepoc.app.
Timing and retention
In-app deletion starts immediately. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity, and delete or de-identify those records when they are no longer needed.
